With 211 FIFA affiliated members around the world, we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of covering and updating as many national regulations implementing FFAR as possible. == The German Connection ==

The FFAR have been challenged in courts, [https://competition-policy.ec.europa.eu/antitrust-and-cartels/european-competition-network/national-competition-authorities_en competition authorities] and [https://www.tas-cas.org/en/general-information/index/ arbitration tribunals] in various jurisdictions around the world. The one that went the last mile and issued a preliminary injunction on the application and implementation of FFAR in Germany was the [https://www.lg-dortmund.nrw.de/behoerde/index.php District Court in Dortmund, Germany.] The injunction was appealed by FIFA and DFB before the Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf/Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf. What does this mean in practice? When will the ECJ make its decisions? [https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7178044084966539264 Looking into the ECJ data] (i.e. the average time taken by the ECJ to deliver a decision of such importance, which is around 30 months), this would mean Q3-Q4 of 2025. To provide updates in one place, 'FFAR Online' is a wiki of FFAR-related information that will allow anyone around the world to find and share FFAR insights for the next two years and beyond.

With 211 FIFA affiliated members around the world, we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of covering and updating as many national regulations implementing FFAR as possible. This can only be achieved through the collective efforts of football agents, sports lawyers, officials, academics and football enthusiasts. == The German Connection ==

The FFAR have been challenged in courts, [https://competition-policy.ec.europa.eu/antitrust-and-cartels/european-competition-network/national-competition-authorities_en competition authorities] and [https://www.tas-cas.org/en/general-information/index/ arbitration tribunals] in various jurisdictions around the world. The one that went the last mile and issued a preliminary injunction on the application and implementation of FFAR in Germany was the [https://www.lg-dortmund.nrw.de/behoerde/index.php District Court in Dortmund, Germany.] The injunction was appealed by FIFA and DFB before the Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf/Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf.
